From Los Montes, you will see an impressive giant towering in the background: Mount Maroma. The peak of this mountain rises a good 2067 meters above sea level. You have the option of climbing the mountain with or without a guide. A one-way trip to the top will take at least seven hours of serious climbing and walking to accomplish, but once you get there you will be handsomely rewarded by the truly breathtaking views. In our opinion, this trek is really only suitable for seasoned walkers
